Couples Therapy
Couples and marriage therapy aims to help partners experiencing difficulties in their relationship and address the issues that arise between two people. The therapeutic process focuses on understanding the root causes of the conflict, followed by attempts to find solutions and work through the crisis. The goal of therapy is also to strengthen the relationship and allow both parties to get to know each other more deeply.

A couples therapy session lasts 90 minutes.
